At the September meeting, for the first time in the history of our bookclub, we will talk about a book over 200 years old.
On Laurence Sterne’s experimental classic The Life and Opinions of Mr. Tristram Shandy. The novel was first published between 1759 and 1767 in York, translated into Czech by Aloys Skoumal, into Slovak by Juraj Vojtek.
